These terms apply to the use of the maxq.ch website and the public content offered on it. By using the website, you accept these terms.
MaxQ provides a directory of Swiss companies as well as editorial content. The information is based mainly on public sources and is prepared with care; however, no guarantee is given as to its accuracy, completeness or timeliness.
Any use that impairs the operation of the website, circumvents security measures or reproduces content in a misleading way is prohibited. Structured data with an explicit licence notice may be used in accordance with that licence.
Company profiles and corrections
Companies can claim their profile free of charge and maintain details such as the short description, services and contact details. Anyone who claims a profile confirms that they are authorised to act on behalf of the company and that the details entered are accurate.
Anyone can report incorrect information using the reporting function on the profile. We review every report and reserve the right to amend or supplement information, or not to adopt it.

Privacy policy
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The controller is the operator named in the imprint; please send any enquiries to [email protected].
When you visit the website, our server processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time of access, the page requested and the browser type. We use this data solely to run the website securely and reliably, and delete it after a short period.
Audience measurement with the open-source software Matomo only takes place if you consent to it in the notice banner. It records anonymised usage, for example which pages are visited. We store your choice locally in your browser; you can withdraw it at any time by deleting the website data.
If you contact us by email, we use your details solely to handle your enquiry. We do not sell personal data and only pass it on where this is necessary to provide our services or required by law.
The directory contains information about companies from public sources, in particular the commercial register. You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, please contact [email protected].
Applicable law and changes
These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the operator’s registered office.
